Several people have suggested that I should start a blog.  Maintaining a good blog is something that I imagine would require some spare time, decent writing skills, interesting topics, and of course, internet.  Although the availability of the first and last will vary significantly, and I can make no promises about my skills as a writer, I will try my best to maintain this for the duration of this trip. 
The one thing I can promise, however, is having stuff to write about.  My trip will consist of stops and stays in the following places: Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Vizag (Vishakapatnam), Vizianagaram, Parvatipuram (sp?), Jeypore (maybe), Berhampur, Puri (maybe), Bhubaneshwar, Delhi, Dharamsala/McLeod Ganj, and Ghaziabad.  I will also be spending several hours in Amsterdam, between flights on my way back. 
To catch up on this past week of my travels, I will put up some small posts.  Hopefully I can catch up before I leave a place that has internet...
